This player gives that extra push at the goal line. Each level of Goal Line Blocker gives a +2% to strength, agility, and blocking on rushing plays inside the 5 yard line when this player is playing on the offensive line.

does this mean it will only work for C,G,OT positions...or will it work for TE as well?!

yeah well I couldn't find anything on the wiki about goal line blocker, which is quite odd since GLB is now responsible for the wiki.....

Technically, TEs are on the line as well..

It should work for the TE - it's based on the player's starting line up position and action (set to block or not). If he's set to go out and lead block or something, it won't work. He's gotta be normal line blocking.

It's on our VA page, but it was hard to search for, I updated it a bit just now because all was listed was the straight forward definition from the VA itself, which wouldn't have answered your question.
