I want to have 2 separate Offensive Depth charts for a team I own. Before I went and started changing things, I wanted to make sure.

If I change the depth chart, then save as a Pre-set, I can just load each pre-set for whichever offense I run, correct? Then I don't have to change everything all the time, just load a different pre-set?

correct, you could also load the individual pre-set depth charts in the tactics calendar
