Yeah, I've never tried to make a kicker before, and right now mine doesn't seem to be too good. Would someone please help me out and advise me what to do?

If you want a better kicker, you should focus on kicking. You've focused on strength and SAs both of which should come after kicking, confidence and vision (vision is here because you chose technician archetype).
