Looks like he stops because he has reached the end of his route and he is open there. He starts moving again (its not part of the TE route on that play)either because he is no longer open or the QB leads him there with the throw.

He had not reached the end of his route though. At least I don't think. The picture of that play shows the route heading all the way to the sidelines. It doesn't show the TE stopping for a comeback or curl route.

Its the Singleback Cross-up Play.

He actually stops right where the LOT started the play. Surely the route extends beyond the LOT starting position.

Your right, the play diagram shows he should be reaching at least halfway between the LT and the sideline, so I don't know why he stopped

60 stamina. His energy was around 90% for that play.
