Every time go to the Wiki, and click on a link, it takes me to a page where questions are asked and answered, but no concrete information. Anyone else having this issue?

An example of what I mean is below.

That's not the current wiki. Go to wiki.goallineblitz.com, not glbwiki.com. There's a link at the top of this page.

No, they are solid, but I'm looking to find out all the Vet abilities in the game. Of course anything by Bort or Coach are invaluable. I guess I'm looking for more of a reference source.

The link in the OP is a more direct link to the Q&A information. As CDZYO said, use the link above marked "Wiki" to get to the main wiki page. You can get to the Q&A and such from there as needed but it also would list the VA abilities. However you will not find the 4 new VA's if that is what you are looking for.

Why hasn't the link on GLB been changed? Ugh, all so confusing and frustrating.

Contact support and tell them it's out of date.

This is why i have put up the suggestion (at least two different times in the past couple years) to have someplace a link to the vet ability page you can see once you have a player level 25 or higher. However since it's not something people think about, it gets ignored and drops down the page.

If you want an up to date list, the only way to guarantee that is by having a way to view the veteran abilities as they are in the database/veteran ability page.
