i am recruiting for my first team. i would like to get commitment from agents who would like to be on my team this will be for season 28... i am still planning on what team to get. and i am open to discuss this with any other agents who would like to be a part of this.
my plan is to get a peewee team and and rookie casual team. so that will be 2 teams.
the peewee team i plan to have for 3 straight seasons. and start at copper do very good so we can move to silver and play in gold once we will silver.
the rookie casual i plan to take to the PROS.... so i would like to have commitments from agents that are determined to stay with me in that span of time and take care of their players.
now i haven't been so much as anything since i started being a GLB member. that is because i went inactive for so long and i was never really active and did not take things seriously. now i am planning to make something of myself here. i can guarantee i will be online everyday to see updates and developments of my plan and see to it that i reach my goal. and that is of course winning championships on every division that i go through.
now the agents that i would like to meet are also those who share the same goals as mine. or those who have experienced the same because i also want to learn and i am willing to learn what i would need here to be successful. i will start with this two teams on season 28.
please PM me if you would like to be a part of this. and i guarantee you will get a response within a day. i am online most of the time and i would like to build an empire here like i have seen others do. and my empire will take theirs down.
ok that is too much my empire will compete with them.

i will also need all GM positions... OC DC scout and recruitment. and CFO. so let me know if you are in and i will setup everything.
everyone is welcome to join so that is 2 teams i think i will need 100 to 110 players.
my only requirement is commitment. i want people that will be committed to our team. and are willing to take the time to check in when needed.
i am posting it this early to get commitments and really see how commited you are. it is a long wait but i know we will be worth it.
