I did this last season and I would like to organize it again. Instead of the standard GLB single elimination tournaments, this tournament would act more or less exactly like the World Cup. Teams would be placed into groups of 4 or 5. Every team would play every other team in their group with both the group winners and the group runner-ups advancing to the knockout stage. The tiebreaker is "goal differential", so make sure you win by a hefty margin in case of the 2-1, 2-1, 2-1, 0-3 group (ask HOOD last year). After that, the knockout stage follows. Single elimination just like every other tournament. If you have any questions about the format, please PM me.
