with regards to the the teams with the players in level 70+ they should be in national pro leagues...none of them have full rosters so i guess there is something that makes them be where they are now but there are cpu teams and teams with no players on them in national pro which would be a more realistic location for these teams who have displaced the rest so greatly instead of having a current advantage just do to prior lack of success.
