Whats the xp difference from boosting before the playoffs vs after?

None, if it is after the last regular game and before the playoffs compared to after the playoffs.
375 xp if you boost before the third last regular game compared to after the last regular game.
So it is between none and 375 depending on where you boost; before the third last game, before the second last game, before the last game, and after the last regular game. The playoff games do not matter for the lose of XP.

Also you screw up some training gains by boosting before day 48 of the dots first season too iirc.
