Your on the right path, although I am not a fan of mixing SA tree's. Probably work on Vision a little more though.

Yeah, I find it better to focus on one or the other early on, and as things start getting more expensive (i.e. you hit the caps and things start costing 2 points instead of 1 for most of the important attributes), then I might think about putting some in the other tree.

But as for your guy, he's looking good, but a little more vision (around 40) would be good for him.
