Game of the Week:
There are not too many times in life that you can beat yourself. Well, there is that. But I am speaking of Dpride59 vs. Dpride59's dots on Sumatra. How many of you out there thought that that Dpride you de-equip his dots or have them play on relaxed? WRONG! Dpride is all about fair play (and rubbing it in your face when you fail) but fair play nonetheless. Let's take a look at the highlights:

After trading punts, Dpride's offense starts to motor. Scrambler Stud huts The Chosen Speedster for a 47-yard gain:

Sumatra forced a punt from Dpride, but then Sumatra's own 4th down hubris gets the better of them. On 4th and .5, Shaft Rodcock catches Favre before he can even hand the ball off and Sumatra turns it over on their own 40:

With 5:00 left in the game Sumatra needs a nice long drive to eat clock. But Shaft Rodcock blitzes around the edge and forces a fumble. Look at the distance on this:

Thoughts:
I like this sim when I win because of turnovers. I hate this sim when I lose because of turnovers. And when I can win with a negative turnover differential I really like this sim.

Playoff locks:
Alpha(6): Odessa, Carthage, Texas, Cobra Kai, Hood, Sofia.
Zeta(7): Mayan, Cincy, HHWC, Alpine, Korb, Nairobi, Asau.

I was going to post something very similar

Yea, i'm slowly working all those short routes out of my progressions. Any route 1-3 yards is only caught at the line of scrimmage or for a loss

In this sim you are more likely to throw a pass for negative yardage than a completion

Assuming Indy wins, this is the playoff situation:

If we win... and ESL wins... and Madcow loses... we're in (tiebreak over ESL)

If we win... and ESL wins... and Madcow wins... we're out (4-way tie, Madcow and Nairobi both 2-1 over us and ESL both 1-2)... unless Asau also loses to Krakow (unlikely)

If we win... and ESL loses... and Madcow loses... obviously we're in as only 9-7 team

If we win... and ESL loses... but Madcow wins ... we're out (Madcow and Nairobi win tiebreaks over us)... unless Asau also loses to Krakow (unlikely)

If we lose, fuck your playoff situation

if nairobi loses to madcow and indy loses to alpine there is a 3 way tie with esl madcow and nairobi and currently nairobi is odd man out based on pts allowed.
