Prospects In Order
African Pro League
1. Kenny Wright - A good player with or without blocking but with good blocking will produce more than 2000 yards a season, if given solid blocking an I mean solid. If you want this player you will probably have to invest largely on offensive linemen too.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1955911
2. Delly Zipperson - Very very good at getting his own, currently set to get up to 2000 yards on a team ranked 9th in blocking total. Might be a bust do, don't be so quick to pick him up.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2097556
3. Dufus 2 - Will produce very solid stats every year, not very good at getting his though, might not be the right HB to lead a struggling team back on track.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1777105
Western Europe Pro League
1. Elusively Super - Might not get you a shit load of yards a season but very productive with his carries if given good blockers but can still produce with crappy blockers. Get him as soon as possible he his a steal.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2012731
2. John Hubbert - This kid will put up the numbers on a daily bases if given a high number of carries and given the chance to get going. And the best thing is, he doesn't require much blocking to put up those stats just get him the carries.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2098674
3. Johny Bravo - Numbers, numbers, numbers. This player if given the ball and very good numbers will put up Quaterback like numbers. Once rushed for 4,000+ yards in a season. I certainly wouldn't put it past him to have what it takes to have one big swing in the World League.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1805189
Canadian Pro League
1. Castiel - Might not be headed for a 2,000+ season but if he was given the ball more he would. Averaging 7.9 yards per carry over a career is simply fantastic. Will get his but you might want to be more patient with him, the Canadian Pro League is not exactly the best in the world.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1797918
2. Nick Volkoff - Give him the ball if you want the numbers, perfect player for a team with solid players trying to go deep into the play offs. Extremely hard to tackle and was very close to getting 5,000 yards in a season just three seasons ago.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1909938
3. Billy Sanders ll - For a player like him, his stats don't really show how effective he his. Give him the ball close to the end zone for a little mix up and he will score, does' fit every team though. Won't be very productive if he's relied on, but if you have a great quaterback and trying o take pressure of his shoulders. This is the man.

Eastern Pro League
1. APFS DS-T - Simply he his too young to be this good. Already set for 20,000 yards and 300 touchdowns next season. Might not be the guy you would bring in to get 2,000 yards a season so be careful of his bust aspect.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1981975
2. Chocolate Columbo - Not much to say about the guy, would not have being choosing in top three in any other league. But you can get him and if he has absolutely perfect and I mean perfect block could break for close to 2,000 yards a season.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1920772
3. Stevie Wonder - Did not get as many carries as he deserved, might just be the youngest prospect here. Might not get you 2,000 yards a season right away but give him a season or two more and his production rate will probably double.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2150035
Oceania Pro League
1. Wayne Ro_Oney - You get him and you take a huge risk that is probably worth it. Doesn't need a lot of carries to put up the numbers so he's a bit like Billy Sanders ll, just because of his carry-to-yards production rate.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2066052
2. Hypersonic Missile - Requires a very, very, very high number of carries before he can get to 2,000. Not a very good HB compared to the others on the list.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1997294
3. Xenny Dust - Wouldn't get him if I were you, he his not very good and his league is very bad, especially when it comes to talented HB's.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1996191
South American Pro League
"This league is a gold mine for talented HB's."
1. Smash ThatFace II - Already 2,000 yards in this season. Averages a very high yards percentage, and very hard to tackle, you will have to wait a while to get him though. Might lasp for a few seasons but keep giving him the ball.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1997996
2. Speedy McBallcarrier - He his good at a lot of traits but not great at one. He can block, rush, catch, break tackles, and very strong for a elusive back. So bring him in he's worth it.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1970961
3. Latino Vermin - Might not get a lot of yards but he'll get the touchdowns, and will blow out for a big game about 2 or 3 times a season. And by big I mean 300 yards plus kinds games. You know, the kind you check the stats at the end of the game and your mouth drops open. But puts the ball on the ground quite often.

Southeast Asia Pro League
1. Echh Bee - If given the number of carries he deserved this season, this kid would probably be the best prospect in the whole league, but he didn't but yet still managed to score 39 touchdowns and not drop the ball a single time.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2013258
2. Isiah Crowell - You will have to wait a few seasons before you can get him, but he his worth the wait. Impossible numbers and he his the best half back in the whole scouting report. Not number 1 in the league just because of what could have being for the above player.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1979035
3. Tre' Newton - No wait required for him so might want to grab him right away. Give him about 260 carries a season for solid 2,000 yards production. Will put in hard work in running, but will work hard to get open for a pass to. Makes incredible plays, for example. http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1895050&pbp_id=3152461
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1796208
USA Pro League
1. WhySo Cereal - By far the best running back in his league. But not set up to be very good in the World League, would be a very good running back behind any of the above running backs (Except for the Canadian Pro League). Not good enough to start in my opinion but would make a great 10-15 carries a game back up.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2013817
2. Hugh Honey - good veteran back that could be productive for a few seasons. But after that not a recommendable running back.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1772996
3. Billy Gibbons - Would make a great back up, just because of his ability to break tackles, great blocker. But not a 2,000 yards a season type of guy.
