Any advice for my guy here. I'm getting frustrated with the amount of sacks/hurries he is giving up. I'm guessing it's due to how high I have taken strength initially, but just curious what others think.

Level 39 Effective 42

Attributes
Physical Attributes
Strength: 121.7 (+29)
Speed: 33.4
Agility: 55.4
Jumping: 6
Stamina: 44.4
Vision: 40.7
Confidence: 25.7
Blocking: 78.7

I think it's a solid looking build for being lvl 39. Most Oline dots aren't very good until later levels due to the lack of speed/agility mostly. Keep on multi training and getting that agility as high as possible.

Agility and Speed are important; might want to forego the stamina and go with Speed soon.

And when he gets older and you are wondering about SAs, cut block for a ROT is a life-saver as is Foundation.

While he doesn't have mass stats this build has done a very good job of holding blocks and getting defenders to the ground:

Strength:148.17 (+58)
Blocking:85.17
Speed:74.05
Agility:86.25
Stamina:57.25
Vision:71.97
Confidence:74.17

Strength +4.06
Agility +3.88
Blocking +6.39
Hold block chance +22.5%

Pass Blocking Abilities
2 4 8 0 0
Run Blocking Abilities
4 10 4 8 0
Additional Abilities
10 (Balance)

Again, not a lot of stats but he doesn't give up many either.

I would leave stamina alone. I would cap vision then agility then speed, and work on speed while training confidence. I think you'll see a big improvement when you increase speed and confidence at this point. Overall that looks like a very solid build. I'm working on a similar build 1 season younger than yours, and I think my ROT will be similar to yours at this time next season.

What are your multitrains stev and do you have an SP at the moment?

I'm quad training speed, agility, stamina and blocking. I want to get one more finished train on blocking then I'm going to switch that to either confidence or vision. Thinking confidence for more bang for the buck.

Cap stamina immediately , then vision (and get agility to about 86 at least. ) . Is blocking your 4th or is an unlocked?

Blocking is my 4th. Speed is the unlocked one.

I would swap it to confidence next, and get that to 34 or so, then stop till you have sp to cap it, and get some extra training on vision after its capped. Also try to sneak in capping speed when its effective. Try to do it before speed gets to 38 if possible.

I think you have a good one on the way - it's early yet at 39.

Personally I'd be interested in pushing blocking to the 80 cap asap, because that's where you make your living and he has lots of level gains to go (I'd press the issue for 83). I'd train stamina to the 95% +/- and get out of it and replace with confidence for the long haul. I wouldn't cap stamina now because you're going to get to 48 soon enough and the SPs are better for you to cap a higher priority. Depending on where you are with SPs I'd like to see him get agility to the 67 cap and plan on using end of season boosts to get speed to 48. You'll be taking speed up all next season. Vision isn't as important for you so just let it roll and take a cap when it seems easy.

I think this is one of those things where it's all about the end build. That means that there will be weaknesses along the way, but when it's money time your boy will be a monster.
