I think those that get to 2nd round get promoted to Pro.
As for the ones that makes the playoffs, the get promoted to Regional Pro Elite.

I never even knew we had a choice... if that's the case. We'll go anywhere MJM isn't! Canada is off the list (for more than 1 reason now)
