Has anyone tried taking jumping over 80? And, if so, was it a good idea?

I don't know if anyones done it but I can already tell you it would end up poorly. I took it to 71 on my coverage LB, and I'd rather have more tackling.

I've never seen a TE take Jumping that high, so why would a LB need it? If you've got an LB covering a WR you've got bigger problems.
