Bug Report says that one player won the MVP race for Off and STs, but was only awarded the Trophy for Off.
So question is, should he have got both trophies, and does his lack of ST Trophy indicate he was not entered into the ST MVP Endorsement lottery? (And I guess by extension, does entering Off MVP lottery and NOT winning, also excluded you from entering the ST lottery?)
MVP race data is no longer available so can't verify one way or the other, normally would have directed to Support, just want to understand the intentions first.

You could, however, win the endorsement for the trophy you didn't win, if you don't win the endorsement for the other. In other words, when you get an endorsement awarded, you are added to an exclusion list. So if you go through the OMVP lottery and lose, you still have a shot at the STMVP.
