Anywhere from -75 to -100 is ideal. With a natural cushing already and so many changes to the sim, etc. I would go semi aggressive also. If you are off at -85 or -75 you maybe could go aggresive also. But remember Defensive Coordinator can give you a cushion also. So I would take that into account.
Depending on your Speed/Agility would factory in your best settings.
If you are 150+ speed I would go -75 to -85 and play on Semi-Aggressive to Aggressive
If you are a 135-140ish Speed CB I would go -100 without a doubt.

Question - What's the purpose of the sliders on a dot's page ? To simplify , why are they even there if the coordinators can set distances and the like ? Was the intent to allow an agent to use them ?
Answer - The individual tactics are added to the coordinator tactics. If the coordinator sets 1 yd and the player sets 1 yd, you get a net of 2 yds.
