Where is the best place for EQ these days? I plan on going with building agility and blocking up first. Is strength the ticket?

Yep, strength is still the place to put AEQ just work on agility and blocking first imo.

All EQ in strength, even with building agility first and blocking second. This will make it so you're not completely screwed on the line. Even with that you're still screwed for a while. This is what i'm doing with my LOT.

Agreed and even though it's a SA. 2-3 in balance will help at 1st.

All EQ in Strength is probably the best way to go. And definitely the best way to go at younger levels.

I've seen other LOTs with the equipment split between Str and Agi that aren't rancid.

How about SAs?

I selected Strong Arm (yeah, stupid) but have put no point in it so it's a mere 3BT to swap it out. I'm thinking Balance, Pummel, or Spot Blitz. Since this is my first LOT, I have no experience and so put the question out here.

Anyone have knowledge to discuss the merits/demerits of Balance, Pummel, and Spot Blitz?

I have a couple pummel test builds, results are so difficult to tell if you get any benefit whatsoever. Balance is good for the position, late game can buy you a few ticks when fired. Usually won't end up getting much in it though. Change direction and first step get honorable mention, though im hearing first step is causing gaps in current sim.

I think strong arm has the potential to be excellent when combined with all EQ in strength. I'd leave it there at the moment until you have to spend SP in it.
