Or god forbid Admin Announcement or changelog, something that we check daily.

Been recruiting since day 20 for older dots and now I find out I could of kept my team together instead of blowing it up. Cmon GLB get your act together.

It was a really sneaky way to "announce" the change.

I agree. Since I blew up 2 teams and killed my chemistry they should reset chemistry to 70 and give a grace period like they do with new teams. Its not much but at least it would be something.
