Well, basically I just meant that normally u would want to cap something before it starts getting into the 34 or over range if u can, although sometimes depending on the situation it isnt always the best for the end result. But certainly having something 1 off of cap looks bad to me. Example, u have 40 Vision, look at those training % and compare to something that is past the first cap, multiply anything u have caped already, by the training gain and the number of SP it cost to lvl it by 1 and u can see what is most effecient. The number that comes up lowest here should be the attribute u cap next if u are looking for the best overall build effeciency wise, aka circle caping. 34 maybe isnt the exact bumber id have to check but it is close. But to note blitzers need tons of SPD so it may be ok to ignore this based off the fact u would want to weight SPD a TON more then any other attrib. Placing agility quite high as well.
