What should I add sp's once str is done? Agil? Tkl? Vis? And how high?

it looks like you are leaning towards tackling which is fine, just take it to 77, then do either vision or agility. I'd suggest vision simply because of the ALG's for that archetype. If you can take both to 77 you'll be good. You want above or near 80 in both vision and agility.
