There are some very big games going on today
Game 1:
10-3 D-Town Demolition vs 12-1 Twin Peaks
Twin Peaks has to win this game to keep the number one seed in the east. For D-Town this game doesn't really mean as much except for the fact that they would have taken out the number one team in the conference. Both of these teams have been playing great throughout the year, but Twin Peaks got scored all over last week. Twin Peaks has the number 2 offense and the number one passing attack, but they don't show any diversity. Twin Peaks defense was exposed by Little Ohio State last week and that could really hurt them in this one. Twin currently has the number 8 defense playing vs D-Town's number 3 offense. If D-Town can slow or stop Twin's passing attack they will win this game and improve on their number 3 ranked defense.
My Prediction: 42-28 D-Town Demolition
Script Prediction: 32 - 19 D-Town Demolition def. Twin Peaks
Game 2:
11-2 Québec Nordiques vs 11-2 Waste of 400 Flex Points
Quebec has to win this game to keep the number 2 spot in their conference. Waste of Flex also has a chance to move ahead of Quebec with a win in this one. Both of these teams have been battling throughout the season to keep a top spot. Quebec has the number 6 ranked offense and number 1 defense, and the offensive problems showed in their 14-7 loss against the blues. Waste of Flex has been dropping in the ranks a little bit not being able to prove themselves vs a top ranked team. Waste of Flex currently has the number 9 ranked offense that will need to improve greatly against the number 1 ranked defense. This game should be a low scoring battle.
My Prediction: 24-17 Quebec Nordiques
Script Prediction: 27 - 10 Québec Nordiques def. Waste of 400 Flex Points
Few other games of note to watch is 11-2 Gold Test Squad vs 10-3 T-Town Capstoners and 11-2 Pee Wee Outlaws vs 8-5 Rapid City Flying Aces
