We're coming down to the final 4 games of the season and its time for the stack o teams who are neck n neck to separate from the pack or risk getting edged out by someone on the outside lookin to get themselves into the top 8.
4 Axis: Serenity 7-5-0
5 "The Combine's" Hades Warriors 7-5-0
6 Crimea Sea Dragons 7-5-0
7 South Bend Immortals 7-5-0
8 Indian Creek Warriors 7-5-0
9 Dirty South Wrecking Crew 6-6-0
10 Cork City Coolmores 6-6-0
11 Valley High Cavaliers 5-7-0
12 Black Hand Lynchmen 5-7-0
13 Arkansas Razorbacks 5-7-0
14 Atlantis Eclipse 5-7-0
#4 Axis serenity looks pretty right now no? Despite losing their last 3 games in a row they are still atop the mob of playoff pushers. Their remaining 4 games look easier than they may actually be. Atlantis is hot and cold but still hella better than last season. If they sleep on them, they could lose. All Godly + Southbend could prove to be great games as well and possibly too much for them. If they dont taste a victory soon they will surely be kicked outta the top 8 though imo
#5 Combine Hades as possibly the hardest schedule
to end the season outta the herd of pushers. Valey High , Dirty South, East Coast , and Indian Creek. Combine is fierce but do they have enough to keep their momentum and finish hard? I smell at least 2-3 losses here in their finish
#6 Crimera being one of the top teams in the conf has nice little schedule. They play East Coast, Indians, Southbend before they hit the snooze button to end the season against Baltimore (sorry Baltimore
) If i know anything about this team..its that they will find themselves in post season. So expect some W's to finish it out
#7 Southbend is another team with a tough-as-nails season ending schedule! Indian , all Godly, Crimera, and then Axis! Whew! This group has proven to be a tough bunch of dots but to finish with 2 W's out of the next 4 will be impressive in its own. I think they can do it, but time will tell. If the other teams on the bubble realize its make or break time themselves, South bend could be in for a long ride the next 4 games.
#8 Indian Creek looks to be in the driver seat. They got a great bunch of dots n coords here n i dont see why they could possibly win out from here. They play Southbend, Crimera, Baltimore, and Hades. Not the easiest of schedules but it looks to me that this team suffered a 4 game losing streak and their coords must have hit the chalk boards and started game planning ha. Better late then never! This team will be in it to win it
#9 Dirty South - scrubs. Sleep on these guys, expect them to lose the next 4
#10 Cork City is another team to land some success in this conf. They have stayed competitive with all the heavy weights n got some wins. With their soft shcedule to end the season (Rush Hour*, Adriatic, Atlantis, Black) they could find themselves in the driver seat of a hot rod cruising into the playoffs. If they beat Rush hour expect this to happen FOR SURE
#11 Valley High will be another team to watch. Seeing them this low in the standings makes me think they must be waiting to turn it all around still...right? Great team...great dots... With the game planning they could be a playoff homerun hitter. They finish with Combine, Rush, Adriatic, and Atlantis. Definitely a favorable schedule if their coords come to play.
#12 Black Hand has played well... but will it be enough? Their remainging games could prove to me too much for them i think. All Godly, Axis, Arkansas, and Cork stand in their way of playoff birth. Good luck Black...thats all i got to say. And good season so far
#13 Arkansas has one of the better teams in the league. The only thing that can hold them back from the playoffs is their slacking in the first half the season . They lost a few games i believe they had good chances to win. They close the season up against Adriatic, Atlantis, Black, and all Godly. It will be interesting to see how they finish since winning the first of the 3 games could mean playoffs. And if they do... id expect a hell of a gameplan to overcome All Godly
#14 Atlantis...Atlantis... you bastards pulled a quick one on us here in Dirty Southland early in the season. Didn't think u had it in you. But 3-4-5-100 interceptions sealed out fate that day. I expected big things from you the rest of the season! It may be the end of the rope for you guys. sitting at 5-7 and finishing up with Axis, Arkansas, Cork, and Valley High will be a tough one for sure. Look for them to muster up some of the game planning they used to win some games earlier in the season here and maybe squeak a win or two out. I just dont see them digging and clawing their way back into the playoff race though... but maybe sending someone packing out of it along the way! GL guys
