My LB so far has had a great season and is my best LB in my players. I realize his actual level is 3 levels more than his effective level 20/17. I want to know if there is anything i can do to turn him around and make a player with a effective level higher than his actual or if i should retire and start again next season and what i should do to the new player to make him a star player.

He's salvageable, just takes time. Looks like a good tackler, and that's about it. It would be a challenge, but what else you got to do?

Being a Combo LB, I'm sure your going to have 1 or 2 more Gold or Blue Star Atts. Therefore, It's going to slow development, E Levels will catch up, you just have to stick with it. Be smart. Waste nothing! Be Patient!

But it can be done.

Don't listen to the guy above me, your dot needs to be retired in the offseason.

Before you make anymore dots, be sure you read about how to build efficiently, since all your dots atm, sorry to say, are just bad,
