OVERVIEW

Lots of movement this week with Comoros taking back the 2nd rank for the 2nd time this season. Seattle shocked the world by defeating the Horror in a nail biter, it was a hard knocks game until the 4th quarter when Matthew Hasselbeck connected for a long game winning TD to Throwme dadamball. I guess someone finally decided to throw him the damn ball.

Cairo continues its march to excellence destroying LT1 and his swingers, I dont think we will be seeing them swinging into Cairo for a while. The Diamonds defeated a pumped up Zulu and the lightnings roll over a ever increasing better Iowa team. The brownie eaters looked to be in good form as they crushed the E'ci, overall it was a shocking week but good week.

Breaking news has to be that "Dirty" Dirt Diggler better known as D.3 is the first to break over 1000 rushing yards this season. Diggler went live this week and predicted and promised he would in fact be the first to do so. He now leads in rushing yards and TD's while the Crocs rushing game is looking grand. Digglers back Mark Curyal is now 2nd in the league in rushing TDs and 3rd in rushing yards.

Talking of star players and speak no further then this man. TE Allen Bostic, allen leads in recieving TDs, recieving yards and at the TE spot, some people are calling him the Jesus of the position.

Those rushing yards this week for D3 are bull.... He's a great running back but please don't have him talk crap about that game.

Hes not the number 1 player of the week, their is no order as always with the players of the week, I do the players of the week on stats, and if you go back and look at previous weeks you will see others who played the flames and put up monster numbers on the list as well, figures just because its D3 now people want to cry about it lol.

4 of the top 10 are Comoros players who got their stats against the Morocco Flames? Give me a break...

Everyone plays them. Everyone gets their chance to dominate the "Players of the Week". Chill out folks. That was quite a performance D3.

There are PLENTY of players who had great games against REAL teams (keyword REAL teams). There is no need to include games played against the Flames. I've always felt that way. Sometimes you have to dig a bit deeper, and beyond your own team, to find the players who had the best games against competitive teams. For example:

Thunder Roller (Incredible performance on ground and through air!)
Sierra Leone HB
19 Rush, 80yds; 4 Rec, 57.5yds; 1 TD

Bo Diddy (Scored their only points)
Microdizzle WR
4 Rec, 71.5yds, 1 TD, 5 KR, 144yd

Kenny Tarmac (Solid all around game)
Fulltiltforum.com WR
5 Rec, 99.5yds, 1 TD, 1 KR, 24.5yd

Larry Longshanks (Scored all of Congo's points in a 1 point loss)
Congo K
4/5 FG, 0/0 PAT

Andy Hester (His kicks were the difference in the game)
Tripoli K
4/5 FG, 1/1 PAT

The Flames are a tomato can! I value the stats of any of these players ^ more highly than any stats that could be accumulated against a CPU squad.

It's an additive that increases the performance of all players... "The Flames"... It's imported from Morocco. LOL...

they have been added, happy now?

and I will defend adding my comoros players to the list because of the insane stats,

sure the flames are a all CPU team, so all the stats are inflated, but the reality of that is you could cut them in half and they would still be worthly of player of the week preformances.

Cut my TDs and yardage in half, you still have 3 TDs almost 150 plus yards

cut the guys with 40plus pancakes in half and you got 20 plus pancakes

check out week 4
http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=423982

Tripoli players made the list after playing flames, no one complained.

Week 6
http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=450213

Brownie eaters got placed on the list from playing the flames, no one complained.

Taylor you seen to have a handle on how to do this stuff, so step up, I'm not doing the power rankings anymore, take it over.

I don't care whether you add them or not. The reality is that the top ten rankings and power rankings don't mean a thing, the bias just gets annoying after awhile.

I think what stood out was that you had 4 PLAYERS from your own team listed.

check out week 4
http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=423982 1 Tripoli player

Week 6
http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=450213

Brownie eaters got placed on the list from playing the flames, no one complained.

2 Brownie Eaters listed

I think the point is, no one like someone who toots their own horn. Leave it to other people to praise you.

It starts to wear on us after awhile.

Well Like I said i was not trying to toot our own horn, I have lost interest in doing the power rankings and things around here because of the hostile enviroment, I think that reflects in my current power rankings as i didnt put much time in them. I didn't look at other teams as much as i do most the time because I was not in the modd, so some performances slipped by me.

Like I said

You seem to know what your doing, take over the power rankings and run with it, its not that hard, and it can be fun. I have did it the first half of the season and its only right someone else shares in the workload and does the rest of the season.
