How do i set it so that our best WR stays in most of the game, but the others rotate with the 98/99 setting?

You could put him in whichever WR slot you like to pass to most (say WR1), with only 1 backup, and adjust your energy settings for that slot accordingly. The other WRs could either be assigned to the other custom WR slots, or left in the generic WR depth chart slot, where they will fill WR2-5 on a 98/99 setting. I think.
