Right now I'm still training my majors STR, SPD, TAK, VIS. Should I switch 1 out for a minor like agility? And, right now I'm putting SPs into strength, do you agree?

I would swap one out, whichever is giving you the worse gains (probably strength since training at 56 isn't very efficient). I would cap Vision before putting any more points into Strength. When circle-capping you want to cap whatever is closest to the next cap. Vision is at 66 which is only 6 SP from the cap at 68. Strength on the other hand is at 56, which is 10 SP away from capping at 61. Get vision to 68, its training will be more efficient and you can keep training it while capping strength (and not training strength). Also...cap tackling like now if you can? you're basically there...
