semerang is i think one of the top ones in terms of yards allowed. they have alpine beat by i think 200yards

Last night during the Steelers vs Ravens Al michaels said. They are getting the 7 man front and need to be able to run against it.
In GLB land, you would hear.......they are getting that stout 4 or 5 man front but they need to keep trying to run against it.
