1. I didn't really expect Canton to do that to Lincoln
Really expected a much closer game, but as some may say lolregular season. Luckily Canton isn't in Alpha....oh wait...

2. Speaking of Alpha, 10-6
Beatdown!

No question who has better depth. I think everyone would agree on that. Zeta has Blaze, and....some other good teams. Not sure who they are just yet though.

3. Some games that surprised me.

Cincy, I had high hopes for you guys. Almost picked you in Survivor. Then again, didn't really do any research.

I did pick this game in survivor......well, again, probably should have done my research. Gart and co had won there last 3 inter-conference games (1 in CPL) and 8 of there last 10. bummer...

Did not expect the two above games to be that close. WL is looking really good right now.

4. An interesting stat.
Of the ten leading passers in the WL, 6 of those dot's teams lost. Not sure what it means, but kind of interesting. (I think it hints at running the ball is key, but not enough evidence to really say so)

Back when I did this in SLAP, it was really hard...it really isn't that tough up here.

Alpha: Korb Destroyers vs. Cobra Kai
We get to see what Kai has right out of the box, I think they pull this one off. Korb is a good squad, as always, but I just got a feeling about Kai. (May not be a good sign, last time I had a feeling it was about Lincoln)

Zeta:C-Town MF'n Hood vs. Sofia Spiders
This game always seems to be a good one. One word, Hood!

Over 16 weeks, I , just like the rankings, will have a much better idea of the top 5 teams.

to be fair, we got a damn good sim against Lincoln including 2 huge KRs (1 for a TD, and the other setting up a TD), and a CB forcing a fumble early that lead to another TD. All that really just ground Lincoln's offense to a halt as their morale was probably crap, and the way the sim is now, you can't just chuck it from behind and catch up.
