Most owners care about effective levels because it shows how well you have built your players. Which is why you are grabbing up returner jobs on scrub teams. I don't have a problem with that. To each their own. If you really want to learn something about dot building you should listen to Roy though.

Unlike you I've seen Hoops dots and he knows how to build. You need to do some reading on dot building unless you plan on only creating career Minor League dots. Your current builds will never sniff a job on a good Pro league team that's for certain.
