First - what kind of out of position penalty is involved with playing a DT at the DE position?

Second - how exactly does the Sure Tackler VA work? Is it primarily to ensure a lesser amount of missed tackles? Or, is it to help aid in the amount of overall tackling attempts?

first: 5%
second: it allows you to reroll a tackle roll. Period. If you lose the roll, aka, if you do NOT make the tackle (a missed tackle would appear in the PBP), you get a chance to force another roll.
