Perfect is us
It is true
The buddhas choked
through and through

The hookers were slapped
by a huge beat down
Time will tell if
they rebound

The road is clear
and we will sweep
all you losers
off your feet

The road to perfection
is easily done
the Idols are sweet
you scrubs are done.

Have a nice day....

You rhymed "done" with "done". That's lame.

You're counting your chickens before they hatch. That's stupid.

The whole last stanza is just poorly written. The road to perfection is easily done? I suggest:

Eight games so far the Idols have won
but the season is not complete.
The road to perfection they've just begun
but in the playoffs it ends in defeat.

Yeah but, that would be dishonesty... and dishonesty is bad.

Done rhymes done thats nice for you to say..
But the Bangkok Buddhas are gonna ruin ya day..
But when you meet the Buddhas in the playoffs..
We will send your whole squad home like we doing layoffs..

Best team and the biz and we still doin' our thang.
I know we lost today but thats just one game.
We gonna treat every team like shoes and reach in and rip out your souls.
We keep our offensive hoppin' like we steppin on coals.

Regardless of the record we still gonna stride with grace.
Confidence, not cockiness, is shown on our face.
We played a good game, and they ran a good race.
But when we reach the playoff, they won't be able to match with the pace.

When you finally face the Buddhas, Idols.
We are gonna show the difference between the real and the fakeness.
The red pill, the blue pill, we'll put your squad in the Matrix.

Clearly it's the lack of a quality poet that's holding the Bulls down in the power ratings.

Yeah, if I could only think of something football-related to rhyme with "Nantucket", I'd be able to find my poetic muse.

Fudpucket?

That's probably better than T.J. Duckett, which was the only thing I could come up with previously.

Fat little Buddha's are overconfident...
Fat little Buddha's think their stuff smells sweet...
But the Bulls are 8-0 and...
put a big Bull horn right between the Buddha's butt cheeks...

While the Singapore Bulls do not condone the pejorative used in the discussion of the Buddha's potential weight problems, the violence depicted in the description of what the Bulls may or may not have done with one its horns, or the odd choice of meter and questionable rhyme in the poem of its cherished guard Big Mac, the Singapore Bulls stand in solidarity with Big Mac and agree that the display of overconfidence by the Buddhas on the day of their first defeat displays a level of blind arrogance that seems to call out for further Karmic retribution.

Perhaps a koan is the best way to speak to this, for example: Does the bobble head of a Buddha bobblehead bobble following a Buddha's loss?
