Does it make your safety one of the better tacklers using the wrap up setting?

Doesn't matter what setting you use, it acts as a flat bonus to your tackling score when making any non diving tackle.

So even using power tackling the wrap up tackle SA still helps? Sounds kind of weird if thats the case but ok.

It's an SA that gives a flat boost to the tackle quality score.
