POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED
I am looking for a top DC to work with me for my top APL team, Cobden Muskrats ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=5771 ).
I am looking for someone with the following qualifications:
1. Knowledge of great high level builds
2. History of success as a DC especially at high levels
3. Willingness to communicate with myself and coordinators

1. Stable team (founded season 5)
2. Outstanding OC and STs Coordinator
3. Top-notch youthful roster
4. Wonderful network of teams (Muskrat Nation)
5. Playoffs in 17 out of 20 seasons

7. Very supportive owner
We are looking for someone that is willing to dedicate the time to being successful!
Here are my expectations of the position:
1. Devising game-plans for each game
2. Posting individual game tactics in the team forum for each game
3. Creating an AI for the team defensive scheme
4. Communicate with me regarding needs and plans for the team
5. Participating in defensive roster decisions
