He's a blitzing Arch. Looking to build my first WL player. Is this anywhere close? All natural, no equip calculated into this. I intend to buy custom and max out equip where I can.

Speed 96
Agility 85
Tackling 85
Vision 82
strength 78
Confidence 63
Stamina 59
Jumping 50
Catching 50

HH Tree: 1-1-2-4-8

For a blitzer, you'll want more speed and agility.

Agreed. In addition to this:

--Bump up stamina (mid-60s would be ideal)
--Confidence will be fine in the low 50s; 63 is too much
--Don't invest in or even train catching at all, as it'd be a complete waste of points

Making this changes should allow you to get your speed and agility higher--low 100s and low 90s, respectively, would be a decent baseline.

ETA: I wouldn't bother with the HH tree, either. First Step is a must, and Disguise Blitz and/or Tunnel Vision would probably be next in priority. Blitz and Change Direction wouldn't be bad options as well.

What if I don't want to keyhole him as just a blitzer? Is he good enough to be an every down LB?

Sounds like some good advice. With the catching, I was hoping for a more versatile build.

It may be, but I think specialized builds are more attractive at the top level because it's very hard to do everything well.

I love these people that come in and run their dots on a builder. Then post them. I doubt daddy that you can pull that off. Good luck trying though.

Thanks for the good luck wishes. I didn't milk the builder. I just did what I thought I would do.

I have NO clue how good WL players are...
