I'm finding it difficult to stop rushing QB's in a Prep casual league. I've tried setting the defense to focus on 95% running plays, and spy the QB with mulitple LB's but nothing seems to work to slow down the opposing running QB's.

My team has got very good speed at all Defensive positions (except DL).

Spy with the SS 100%.

Run more zone defense, and (while it seems counterintuitive) set your defense to look for the pass 50-80% of the time.

I found this to be pretty successful. Obviously your players should be set to look for the run or balanced on individual tactics.
