so what equals aim for a kicker? confidence + vision? just kicking?

it seems like my kicker has great distance, just likes to kick to the side. any advice on how to improve this?

Kicking is the majority, confidence helps prevent shanks and vision helps with accuracy. My guess is the other attributes play a much more minor role, but really it's all a big guess.
