The end build doesn't seem balanced enough to me, probably not enough SAs, and the BTs seem low. I'm fairly new so I'd like some ideas on where to cap my atts if this doesn't look good. Thanks.

You've capped 2 skills at once which is pretty much never a good idea, you want one skill really high from the start so you get the most out of automatic level gains. Dunno how you got those numbers in the VPB but you obviously need like double that amount of BT's. Taking up one attribute at a time will help the build overall.

Only one skill (speed would be what most suggest for a ZC FS) in the first season. Intense training with 3 star bonus helps a lot. Buy multi for the next 4 stats you plan to cap and train that for a few seasons starting at the end of season one.
