I'm trying to figure out what my run-blocking Center should pick up for his third piece of AEQ.

Pieces already owned:
+3 Strength, +5% Hold Block Chance
+3 Strength, +1 Get Low

Does anyone know if Foundation helps to reverse revcakes if used in conjunction with Stone Wall? I know most people don't like Stone Wall, but I wonder if it's because it's best used combined with Foundation. Just a thought. Comments? Suggestions?

I like foundation but I think it is just for pass blocking. I am not 100% sure about that but my top O linemen have 10 in foundation each.

Here is how I am currently doing AEQ and CE upgrades for my run blocking O linemen. Well with one exception as I am testing something out on one of my mid level run blockers. Anyways, back to what I like to do. First I must have enough BT for 4 AEQ items. First I fill two +5% hld block items. Then I do a cut block item. Last is a foundation AEQ item.

Here is why. I use my CE to fill the run blocking tree. I use my upgrades to get +4 in foundation. That plus the fully upgraded AEQ foundation item equals +10 with 0 SP spent. I can take cut block to +3 with SP to combine with CE and AEQ to make +10. Then take get low to 9 to combine with CE to make +10. I guess cut block and get low can be reversed but I think some SP might be saved using cut block AEQ rather than get low but I really have not done the math. It might be the same.

Finally, I take my extra SA which is always first step to 10. I think it takes 30 SP to fill the extra SA, about 8 to get cut block to 3, and about 34 to take get low to 9. So that is about a total investment of 72 SP. Which means I need to wrap up my Oline builds in their late level 60's now that we can reach level 79.

I'm pretty sure some higher-ups have mentioned in the past that Pass Blocking SAs only work while pass blocking (before the pass during a passing play) and Run Blocking SAs only work while run blocking (all other times). Seeing as how revcaking is a pass blocking code issue, anything that makes you a better pass blocker should do something to help I'd guess.

I forgot to trade out my second HB% piece but I would've did Quick Cut if I had remembered. :[ Any natural SA would probably be a fine investment or any of Balance, First Step, or Quick Cut.

Cut Block is higher up in the SA tree than Get Low, AngryDragon, so using AEQ on it would probably save a few SP. Naturally investing in it would require a few points wasted in Hands.
