Alright, this is my first ever LB so I decided to go with a blitzing arch. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sudden Impact™
Height: 74in. (6'2")
Weight: 255lbs
Age: 23d old - Prep Schooler
Level: 15

Strength: 13.5
Speed: 89 (+14)
Agility: 38
Jumping: 17
Stamina: 13.5
Vision: 21.5
Confidence: 13.5
Blocking: 8
Tackling: 26
Throwing: 8
Catching: 8
Carrying: 8
Kicking: 8
Punting: 8

No SA's yet.

I figured I would pour SPs into speed for a good while, maybe train up agility, vision, tackling for now. Then probably stamina, confidence and strength. Also, for the future, what are some good SA's for a blitzing LB?

Thanks,

Agent A

Well.....to a fellow Husker ...who wants to see them beat the Badgers. Here is what I see......You should not have boosted yet . My lvl 11 dot has the same speed. Not sure how agility got to 38...but my guess is that you put SP into it.
I would do this
set up multi training.....speed, agility, vision, strength.
Use all your SPs to cap speed up to at the very least 87. Once that is done continue to train speed etc....and start putting SP into agility.
BTs at this point should be going into training enhancements (after you set up multi training for 4 way).
GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I lost you....let me know....feel free to contact me.

See, I've been in GLB for a good while and have never boosted right away but someone in our team forum posted a link to a thread that had the breakdown of boosting with all the new training stuff and said it was okay to boost early because I wouldn't lose any ground. I've been puttin SPs into speed now and was planning on doing that for a bit longer. I have been using BTs to get enhancements for training, so I'll start multi training soon.

Boosting early only works if you are boosting attributes you aren't training. If you are training speed and boost early and put those 18 sp's into speed, then you lose training gains on speed because the attribute was raised. My method of training allows me to boost early. I like to train my secondary attributes while pumping all SP's into my primary's. My method has more of a long term goal affect IMO.

Making him shorter would've made more sense. My Level 13 LB has more natural speed than that though. If you haven't been multi-training, how on Earth did you get agility, tackling, and vision that high?

Umm, boosting and puting SPs into attribs your not training makes about zero sense. ALG > training gains

I'm working on my first LB too, also a blitzer, lev 57
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2176558
I went with the pass rusher

I was all gung ho about making the best blitzer I could so I took disguise blitz as my advanced ability. But here's the problem -- I can't find teams that blitz the LB's. The last team I was on pulled the LB's and put in CB's on the blitz. So I spent BT's on a swap to super vision (I could have em used elsewhere.)

I'm just saying that that I'd be careful about investing too much in the blitzer aspect of the dot unless you're pretty sure a team is going to use you as one.
