Focus on one attribute at a time. Don't leave Blocking sitting there in the 40's while you're already training a second attribute in Strength. Take it allllllllll the way up to wherever you're going to stop eventually (5th or 6th cap) and keep training it while you do it. Train it to 90%-ish before you cap it with SP at 48-49. Roll it over a few more times in training, take it to the next cap, and probably roll it over once each after the second and third caps too... When you bounce back and forth between attributes, you don't optimize your automatic leveling gains.

Basically, use SPs to take STR all the way to 73 or 78 first (not taking equipment into account), then work on taking blocking to 73/78. That will take you some time and you can figure out what is best after that. You should also try to get 4x multi training up as fast as possible to work on blocking, con, agi, vis, sta. That's what I do.
