i was wondering if the following talents would work/ be usefull on a defensive tackle?

blitz : does it work on defensive line men? is a linemen always blitzing?
tunnel vision: would it work on a dt or is it only active on a de?
Relentless Pursuit: i assume it will work on a dt i'm just wondering if its effective or not?

blitz and tunnel vision both work, but I've found them to be worthless for DTs

relentless pursuit works, but I'm not sure how valuable it is for DT since it technically doesn't even activate until tick 20

It might against rushing qbs but id think a Pocket or Deep Passer would have too high of conf. unless you were talking like 12 in "The Glare" and good luck finding a taker on that experiment lol. I do remember having it up around 8 and think it was useless. Snarl was a valuable SA once and i bet a defensive playmaker with Snarl and related VAs would be a decent MLB or DE etc.
