Is there a link anywhere with flex cost for an entire career for each position including Custom Equipment?

I like this game its wery cool, but my friend and me have a problem. We dont speak so good english so i hope someone can help us!
We have started this game played all day, but we where putted out form a boot team and cant find team for us. We want start again this game, but want to know, if we dont pay for this game, can we play without paying for it?
I hope someone understand what i want .

GLB now gives every user 1 "free player" slot. Meaning you can boost each season without paying any flex points, keeping up with the rest of the team.

Once you retire the player using your "free player" slot, you're able to make another one.

How about that post that Tuba Samurai had describing how to find every single one of a user's posts.
