Should I trade out one of his BB%'s for something else? Also, where should I apply his 68 SP?

I dont think any of the SAs are better then a 2nd piece of BB%. Id take stamina to 61 next. Then maybe some more agility or speed or just SAs.

stamina to 2nd cap
agility to 3rd cap
agility to 90 if you can get there by end of build

Then SAs (wall, FS, & break through) with the rest

1 AEQ & CE bonus should be in BB%

If you have more AEQ then should go into the 3 SAs suggested above.
