Pre-Preseason Edition:
1) MN: How can the 3 time defending champs not have sole possession of #1?
2) ECT: ECT made the lolregular season look too easy last year and they won the GLB tourny beating MN (and several other top tier teams) in the process.
3) Dark Nightmare (DN): Let's take a 13-3 team and upgrade thirteen, yes 13, positions. I think it's 13 anyway. I'm surprised they're this low to be honest....
4) NHG: See DN except slight worse record and fewer players (I think anyway), but players from a better team. Anytime you "reunite" to create a better team, it's scary.
5) RD: Finished 4th last season in the top heavy Western Conference. Has the number 1 ranked loleffecive levels, which does carry some (key word some) merit. Also, a 4th place finish in the GLB tourny losing to Rome (had to) and our 6th ranked team...
6) RMO: The only 14-2 team in the best from the west conference. Also, finished 3rd in the GLB Tourny. However, they did suffer that first round loss to Rome (yes, I had to put that in here too, had to).
7) MCC: Finished 3rd in the lolEast last season, but is always a difficult game. Upgraded a few players and it looks like is trying to upgrade a few more. I believe they are switching up the defense a good bit, so that could be good or bad.
8) RDW: I can never figure this team out, but I felt like I had to include them in the top 10, so here you go. No further explanation, because I don't understand them...
9) Rome: Upgraded a few positions (3 on the already #1 ranked offense, 5 on its defense, which sucked last season....). Finished 2nd in the GLB Tourny. Beat the #1 seed RMO in the first round. Can't beat NHG ever...
10) HK: I was really undecided about this spot. I thought about PC and Philly from the East. I contemplated Hood, Stars, and Manhattan, but ultimately I wound up with HK. I don't know what happened at the end of last season as they lost 3 straight games. However, they have legitimate quality wins (MN, NHG, Rome) and that is something that I could not find on any other team.
Honorable Mention: PC, Philly, Hood, Stars, and Manhattan. Is there a team NOT in the Top 10 that beat a team currently in the Top 10 other than Rising (who isn't with us anymore)? I didn't see one, but I could have easily overlooked them.
