So much of my EQ has the ability to exchange. What are the advantages of this? Did I miss something as to how +% or +SA's are going to stack now? Why can I only exchange +% pieces, and not +SA pieces? I looked around the forum for about 20 minutes but couldn't find anything that answers these questions specifically....
