Boss's special teams play has always been a cut above everyone else. It's been the deciding factor in what makes B.O.S.S. a top 2 team each season. Even when his offense and defense have been somewhat down compared to a few other teams, it hasn't mattered due to the return game.

If we rebuilt the devildogs, I'd have had at least 3 solid STOPs and recruited someone who cares to setup the Special Teams formations effectively.
