It's slightly more complicated than that, and depends on what day you play games on. We did the math and it depends on what side of 29.50 you are on.

Meh, it is really not all that complicated.

Actually, it's isn't that complicated, but there was slight gain in boosting to 30 if you had less than 500 XP to get to lvl 30 without boosting.
