will young dots created today be penalized under the new rolling cap

ie I have a QB (120 days end of season) I did not boost the first season, will he now only be allowed to reach lvl 76?

He will do fine (Lv 79). Any dot younger then 80d should be recycled.

Yeah some dots will be penalized. If you will only be able to boost 27 times total then you will only be allowed to reach lvl 76.
