I think that is only for young players but am not sure where they ended up on this.

0-80 days - 100%
81-120 (I think) - 80%

That's ONLY if you retire post-day 40 and before end of season 23 (I think)....

It continues into the preseason of s24 too. Not sure of exact cut off date.

In any case, you should wait for the official announcement BEFORE you press that "retire" button..

I believe it does

It does - for "permanent" CEQ only.
